With our modern FDM and SLA 3D printers, as well as a CNC milling machine, we can create and evaluate prototypes in a very short time. These technologies enable us to quickly test product ideas for their design and functionality and to rapidly develop them further.

To ensure our high standards, we rely on state-of-the-art CAD software. This integrated solution enables design, CAM/CNC machining, FEA simulations, and photorealistic renderings to ensure every product is perfectly thought out.

Our FEA simulation software analyzes mechanically loaded components during the design phase to optimize them. This ensures that every component meets our high safety and reliability standards even before it is manufactured as a prototype.
Paxris tests under real conditions

Progress through visualizations
The ability to generate photorealistic images directly from our CAD models helps us assess the final appearance of our products early in the development phase. For example, we were able to quickly and efficiently introduce the new HIGHSIDER™ logo and the clear bevels on the CONERO handlebar-end mirror.
